Haus of Heat is a UAE based brand focused on luxury saunas, cold plunges, and steam rooms. We provide a portfolio of thoughtfully designed signature models, as well as custom design services for clients seeking something built entirely around their space.
Drawing inspiration from the contrasts of the desert, its searing heat, its cold still nights, our products are rooted in the elemental landscape that surrounds us. By taking a nod from this terrain and integrating modern build standards, we design wellness spaces that honor the centuries-old ritual of heat and cold while reflecting the same quiet intention found in the architecture of the region.
Haus of Heat was founded in 2025 by Roqaya Shareif with a clear intention: to bring true craftsmanship and considered design to the way heat and cold are experienced at home.
Trained as a product designer, Roqaya spent years working at the intersection of objects and the rituals built around them. It was through that lens that she came to sauna and cold therapy, and developed a deep admiration for the cultures that have carried these practices forward for centuries. The Finnish sauna, in particular, struck her: a space defined not by luxury or trend, but by purpose, material honesty, and the slow rhythm of contrast between heat and cold.
When it became time to create something of her own, the gap in the regional market was immediately apparent. Saunas, plunges, and steam rooms available locally felt temporary, or were positioned primarily as wellness equipment rather than spaces meant to live within the home. The question became simple: what if heat and cold could be designed with the same intentionality and material quality found in fine architecture?
The concept for Haus of Heat was brought to a manufacturing group with European production standards refined since 1990, with decades of experience building saunas, steam environments, and cold plunge systems. After careful rounds of product development, Haus of Heat opened its doors with the introduction of the Aurora, a sculptural sauna in North American walnut and African ayous.
Today, Haus of Heat works with private homes and hospitality projects across the UAE, designing complete heat-and-cold sanctuaries delivered under a single standard of quality. Even as our work evolves, we carry a commitment to preserving the centuries-old rituals of contrast therapy within every space we build.
