Every Haus of Heat sauna is made to order. Beyond our signature models, we work directly with clients to design fully custom builds: dimensions, wood species, bench configuration, glass, heater specification.

Yes, every Haus of Heat sauna comes with complimentary servicing for the first 18 months. Our team visits every 3 months to inspect the heater, check the wood, test the controls, and make sure everything is running as it should.

We deliver and install across the UAE. For deliveries outside the UAE, please contact our team directly at hello@hausofheat.com and we'll arrange a shipping quote tailored to your location.

Lead time is approximately 90 days from order confirmation. We don't mass-produce. Each sauna is built individually to your specification, which means the materials, dimensions, and finish are chosen for you.

Once your sauna is ready, our team coordinates delivery and installation directly with you. You'll receive a delivery window in advance, along with site preparation guidance. On the day, our team handles placement, assembly, and handover so your sauna is ready to use.

Our team will come to your space, assess the surface, power access, and installation route, and send you a clear prep spec tailored to your build. If you'd rather handle it yourself, your sauna needs a level, stable surface and access to a suitable power supply and drainage. Eelectrical requirements vary by model.

Every Haus of Heat sauna comes with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of installation.
