Once we receive your inquiry, our team will respond within 48 hours to discuss your project, review site conditions, and walk you through next steps. Every Haus of Heat sauna, cold plunge, or steam room is delivered and installed in under 90 days from order confirmation. Lead times may vary slightly depending on customization scope and material selection. Our team will provide a clear timeline at the start of your project.

Product Specifications

Every Haus of Heat product is built to last decades. The combination of premium hardwoods, FSC-certified materials, European-standard manufacturing, and considered engineering means your sauna, cold plunge, or steam room is designed for long-term performance and not seasonal use.
Our products are produced in collaboration with an internationally accredited manufacturing partner with over three decades of experience in high-end wellness production. Every build uses premium hardwoods, advanced engineering, and refined craftsmanship and is overseen by Haus of Heat from concept through long-term aftercare. The result is a product designed to perform and age beautifully for decades, not one built for short-term use.
We work with a curated range of premium hardwoods, each selected for how it performs and ages: North American walnut, African ayous, red cedar, Canadian hemlock, and Siberian white pine. You can read more about each on our Materials page.
Yes, all woods used in our builds are FSC certified, ensuring responsible sourcing, environmentally conscious practices, and the long-term protection of natural resources.
Our saunas use a passive airflow system that draws fresh air in near the heater and releases it through an adjustable vent on the opposite side. This system maintains consistent air quality during use while supporting proper drying after each session.

Heating, Lighting & Features

Traditional sauna mode delivers higher temperatures with lower humidity, the classic Finnish experience. Bio-sauna mode operates at a gentler 45–65°C with higher humidity, ideal for longer, more relaxed sessions and users who prefer a softer climate.
The Himalayan salt wall is constructed from hand-cut bricks of natural Himalayan salt, illuminated from behind to fill the space with a soft amber glow. When gently warmed, Himalayan salt is believed to release negative ions that help purify the air and ease the nervous system, creating a calm, mineral-rich atmosphere central to the Cosmos experience.

Cold Plunges & Steam Rooms

Our cold plunge systems are engineered to maintain temperatures suitable for contrast therapy, with adjustable settings to match your preferred protocol.
Our cold plunges use an integrated filtration and sanitation system designed to keep the water clean, clear, and ready for use with minimal maintenance. Full specifications are provided as part of your project documentation.
A sauna delivers dry heat at higher temperatures (typically 70–90°C). A steam room operates at lower temperatures with near 100% humidity, creating a moist, enveloping climate. Both offer wellness benefits; saunas are typically associated with cardiovascular and recovery benefits, while steam rooms are often valued for respiratory and skin health.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver and install across the UAE. For projects outside the UAE, please contact our team to discuss logistics and feasibility.
Delivery is typically completed within 90 days of order confirmation, with the exact timeline depending on customization and your project location. Our team coordinates every detail with you in advance to ensure a smooth handover.

Site Preparation, Delivery & Installation

Site requirements vary by product. Generally, you'll need a level surface, appropriate electrical supply, and water/drainage where applicable. Our team will provide a complete site preparation document tailored to your specific build, and we'll coordinate directly with your contractor or project team to confirm readiness.
Electrical requirements depend on the product and configuration. Our team will provide detailed specifications, including voltage, amperage, and breaker requirements, well in advance of delivery, so your electrician has everything needed for final connection.
Each Haus of Heat product is delivered pre-assembled and ready for placement. Our team manages installation in two phases: physical placement first, followed by final electrical and water connections. In many cases, your product can be operational the same day, depending on coordination and site readiness.
For sites with challenging access, limited entry width, upper floors, or restricted pathways, we coordinate specialized installation equipment. Please flag any potential access concerns during the inquiry stage so our team can plan accordingly.

Purchasing & Payment

Our products are made to order, and every project is confirmed through our team to ensure proper specification, site readiness, and installation planning. You can begin the process by submitting an inquiry through our website.
We accept payment by bank transfer. A secure invoice with full payment details will be provided once your order specification is confirmed.

Aftercare & Warranty

Every Haus of Heat project includes 12 months of complimentary aftercare, with site visits every three months. During each visit, our team inspects the heating system, internal components, materials, and overall condition of your product, handling minor adjustments on the spot and flagging any longer-term considerations early.
After the initial 12-month period, our team remains available for ongoing service, maintenance, and support. We offer extended care plans for clients who'd like continued site visits and priority service.
Each Haus of Heat product is covered by a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of installation. Specific warranty terms vary by product and are provided in full during your project documentation.
