When a project calls for further conversation, we begin refining the details together. This is where we explore adjustments to the design, review site conditions, and discuss installation logistics. We'll advise on what's feasible, what's recommended, and how to approach the project in a way that holds up over time.
These early conversations are focused and practical, clarifying direction before any design or production work begins, and grounding the project in the realities of your site and intended use.
Design
For projects that extend beyond our standard customizations, we move into a more tailored design process. Working directly with our team, we refine the sauna or steam room to align with your specific project scope. Every decision is made with consideration for how the space will perform, how it will age, and how it will sit within its surroundings, whether a private residence, a wellness retreat, or a hospitality installation.
We move with clarity, ensuring the design is fully resolved before it enters production. This stage can accommodate any timeframe, moving quickly into our production queue, or working alongside ongoing architectural projects over many months to ensure alignment between the product and the site.
Site Preparation & Installation
Once the design is finalized and your project enters our production queue, attention shifts to preparing the site for installation. We work directly with you and your contractors, where applicable, to provide foundation and electrical requirements, coordinate access, and confirm final placement. Each detail is addressed ahead of time so that installation arrives prepared.
Our team manages the installation in two stages: placement first, followed by final electrical and water connections. Separating these steps allows each to be handled with care, avoiding delays and ensuring no part of the process is rushed. In many cases, your unit can be operational the same day, depending on coordination and site readiness.
aftercare
The relationship doesn't end at installation. Every Haus of Heat project includes 12 months of complimentary aftercare with site checkups every three months to ensure your product continues to perform exactly as it should. During each visit, our team inspects the heating system, internal components, materials, and overall condition of your sauna or steam room. Any minor adjustments are handled on the spot, and any longer-term considerations are flagged early, protecting both the integrity of the build and the experience of using it.

Every Haus of Heat sauna is made to order. Beyond our signature models, we work directly with clients to design fully custom builds: dimensions, wood species, bench configuration, glass, heater specification. -

Do you service the sauna after delivery? +
Yes, every Haus of Heat sauna comes with complimentary servicing for the first 18 months. Our team visits every 3 months to inspect the heater, check the wood, test the controls, and make sure everything is running as it should. -

Where do you deliver? +
We deliver and install across the UAE. For deliveries outside the UAE, please contact our team directly at hello@hausofheat.com and we'll arrange a shipping quote tailored to your location. -

What is the lead time? +
Lead time is approximately 90 days from order confirmation. We don't mass-produce. Each sauna is built individually to your specification, which means the materials, dimensions, and finish are chosen for you. -

How does delivery work? +
Once your sauna is ready, our team coordinates delivery and installation directly with you. You'll receive a delivery window in advance, along with site preparation guidance. On the day, our team handles placement, assembly, and handover so your sauna is ready to use. -

How do I prepare my site? +
Our team will come to your space, assess the surface, power access, and installation route, and send you a clear prep spec tailored to your build. If you'd rather handle it yourself, your sauna needs a level, stable surface and access to a suitable power supply and drainage. Eelectrical requirements vary by model. -

What's your warranty policy? +
Every Haus of Heat sauna comes with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of installation.
